I want you to love your jewelry, but If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of delivery date, for the refund (less shipping, and return shipping costs).
Item must be in original packaging and in perfect , unused condition.
You will receive the refund immediately, once the item arrives back to us.
Personalized orders cannot be returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
SIZE
We are unable to re-size a some of our rings and bracelets, so it is important that we get the sizing correct the first time.

WRONG SIZE ORDERED:
Unfortunately if the wrong size was ordered you would responsible for 50% of the cost of the new one. All the rings are made to the exact size provided to us by yourself the buyer. Any error in sizing necessitates the crafting of a new piece. The wrongly sized ring must be returned, along with 50% of the initial expense, in order to cover the additional costs of creating another one. Once completed, the new jewel will be shipped to you.
WARRANTY/ GUARANTEE:
Each piece includes our certificate of warranty and a short description of the jewel you chose.
The durability and longevity of a ring is going to depend on how the ring is treated, cared for, and what it is exposed to.
Of course it can happen that a jewel falls or damage while using. For this we can provide repair or replacement of parts, or damaged stones. The repairs are always assumed without cost (except for the shipping cost).
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO US IS THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED AND PLEASED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY OF THE JEWEL THAT YOU RECEIVED, OR FOR ANY ENQUIRE OR DOUBTS!

All purchases will be shipped to the address listed under your ETSY account, please let us know if there is a different address to be shipped to. WeI will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

If the requested item is on stock you will be notified immediately, and the shipment could start, otherwise all orders are prepared and ready to be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. In any case you will be always updated regularly.

The shipment will arrive to destination in the day scheduled, except for any mishap that doesn’t depend on us.
Please keep in mind that once your package is shipped, the amount of time it takes to get to its destination is out of our control .
Also please be aware that if you live outside of Italy your country may add a customs tax. I’m sorry but unfortunately I have no control over these extra charges and can’t be held responsible.

All items are packaged individually in an elegant black gift box, with our logo. For larger items (some bracelets and other pieces) you will receive them in a black fine gift bag.

ETHICAL SOURCING
We only purchase our materials through well respected suppliers who state they are ethically sourced. If it were brought to our attention that our supplier is not abiding by this, we would no longer do business with them.
HANDWORK
Style, attention to details, and the high level of stones and pearls, characterize always each our creation. Each Brunelli jewel, since 1976, is executed entirely by hands of Italian goldsmiths. Minor imperfections that might be present, therefore constitute value, no defect.
The excellent quality of materials and the hand made work constitute the guarantee.
Due to manual processing, there may be slight differences between different items of the same model, or from the items seen in the photos. This testifies our artisan execution.

STONES
We use always just natural stones, therefore there may be slight differences between the veins and shades of your jewel, from the article of photo.
ENGRAVING SERVICES
We can realize any personalization and engraving, as long as it’s technically possible and allows us to obtain an optimal result.
Each engraving is fully HAND MADE, we don’t use absolutely pantograph or other machinery. This allows us to obtain the best possible aesthetic effect.
The price for engraving is € 30,00 up to 30 characters.
We cannot cancel these orders once they are in production.

JEWELRY CARE & CLEANING
Please do not wear while sleeping, swimming, bathing, rough play with kids/pets, etc. Clean by polishing with a soft dry cloth after each use. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, etc. and store in a dry cool environment.
Jewelry can turn your skin green, but it often has nothing to do with the type of jewelry or how expensive the piece is. The green color may be the result of a high acidity level in your skin. Silver and gold jewelry can turn skin green, particularly when it is humid and hot outside, because of oxidation, which all silver does and which gives silver that tarnished appearance.

Please be aware that some products might contain small parts, and NOT intended for kids under age of 6 because of possible choking hazard. For the safety of the child, please DO NOT give the products contains small parts to kids younger than 6 years old. We will NOT be responsible for the use of the product(s).
